Prosciutto wrapped asparagus is really easy and always a winner. Any of your willing helpers can lay the prociutto out on plates as you are steaming (or grilling) the asparagus then pop a few stalks on top of the laid out prosicutto, add a blob of butter and get the helper to help you roll then up into parcels. Easy Peasy.
